CAFO desires to empower and mobilize local collaborative movements of churches, organizations, individuals and other entities. To that end, we invite you to consider investing your membership dues into a local non-profit, agency or ministry that is serving vulnerable children and families in your community. To receive CAFO membership through a local investment, when selecting Membership Type on the previous page, please select one of the following:

Church: Local Partnership Supporter - Minimum $250 donation invested in a local partner
Church: Bronze Champion Local Investor- Minimum $1,000 donation invested in a local partner
Church: Silver Champion Local Investor - Minimum $3,000 donation invested in a local partner
Church: Gold Champion Local Investor - Minimum $5,000 donation invested in a local partner
